In My Heart and Blog Candy Winner

Well Hello!!  First of all let me throw out a big cyber hug to Dyan.  She left me a message that she worked her way though all my posts from the very beginning.  I was so surprised because in my blogs current configuration, right now that’s not the easiest feat in the world.   Yep, it takes a bit of determination.  You will be happy to know  that I’m working on putting up another tutorial page with most of my well worn oldies but goodies tutorials.  I’ll give you all a holler when I have it done :-)

Amazingly enough I also have a card I put together the other day that was just waiting for finishing touches.  I had a scrap left over from using my Martha Stewart Deep Edger Daisy Fan and it was laying near that frame made from Spellbinders Labels Ten which was left over from another project.  Have you ever had that happen?  It’s kind of like that Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Commercial where the chocolate gets into the peanut butter and they think it’s actually kind of nice together.  Now my first scrap wasn’t that pretty it was a square, but I used it as a template and had enough room to trace around the edges of the Labels Ten template with my exacto knife to curve the edges.  I embellished it with a piece from the Symbology One set then stacked the whole medallion onto Spellbinders Labels Eight .  By the way, the stamps are from Our Daily Bread Designs and the set is called From Me to You

Card Recipe:
Stamps:  Our Daily Bread Designs – From Me to You
Paper: Bazzill, K&Co.
Ink:  Green Dye Based Ink
Accessories:  Spellbinders™ Labels Ten, Spellbinders™ Labels Eight, Spellbinders™ Symbology One, Pearls, Ribbon

Alrighty now the news you’ve been waiting for :-)  Using random.org, the following number came up:

 #642

Cheryl please reach out to me through my contact page within the next 48 hours,  If you have the double play words also, you can send them to me. :)  Thanks everyone for playing!!

Becca: What a wonderful accident! I am one who can’t throw out anything, I am always going thru my box of bits and pieces that didn’t work like I pictured. Every so often something in that box will work perfectly. I must admit they never as well as your lovely cards.

I am like Dyan and trying to look at all of your posts but I’ve got a ways to go yet.
