Magnolia-licious Highlites Sketch Challenge

Greetings, I am back from CHA and wanted to share a sketch challenge that is going on at the Magnolia-licous Highlites site for August.     Be sure you hop over and see what the other DT members put up for the challenge and you can post your own there for a prize.  I used #254 Cross Stitch Tilda; you can see other cards using her HERE

It was my turn to design the sketch, so go easy on me, this was my first time coming up with a sketch – here it is:

I used a Martha Stewart circle cutter to cut the circles for the sketch – gotta love tools that make life easier.  I picked up mine at Michaels with a 50% off coupon.

Card Recipe:
Stamps:  Magnolia –
#254 Cross Stitch Tilda
Paper:  Making Memories Flower Patch, Bazzill
Ink:  Versafine Black Onyx and clear Embossing Powder
Accessories:  Ribbon, Prima, Pearls, Martha Stewart Circle Cutter, Copic Markers

As I get back into the swing of things, I’m hoping that August will be a catch up month for tutorials and such.  Stay tuned :)

    Becca,

Great Sketch, and very cute card! I love the designer paper that you used! Gotta love those prima flowers too; a girl can never have too many of those and they add so much to a card.
