Your Kindness and Caring

Thank you Card Making Ideas by Becca Feeken using Spellbinders Triple Floral, Spellbinders 6 x 6 Matting Basics A, Spellbinders Imperial Square and Spellbinders Corners and Accents One - www.amazingpapergrace.com
Hi there sweet friends!  Thank you so, so much for your encouragement!  Just so you know, I’m good as new – what was originally thought to be bad turned out to be good.  It is certain that this unexpected good fortune was very much on my mind yesterday.  All good, but enough to light a little bit of a fire under me so that I stop waiting and putting things off until the future.  So without too much chatter today, I crafted this morning and have a card to share :-)

Thank you Card Making Ideas by Becca Feeken using Spellbinders Triple Floral, Spellbinders 6 x 6 Matting Basics A, Spellbinders Imperial Square and Spellbinders Corners and Accents One - www.amazingpapergrace.com
I had a stack of new dies on the edge of my desk, calling my name!   Spellbinders Triple Floral along with Spellbinders 6 x 6 Matting Basics A, embellished with Spellbinders Imperial Square and Spellbinders Corners and Accents One make this 6″ x 6″ kindness card.  It was a quick composition because the dies do all the work!

CRAFT SUPPLIES I USED
Rubber Stamps:  Anna Griffin
Craft Paper:  Neenah Classic Crest 80 lb – Natural White,  Gold Poster Board – Masters Touch (Hobby Lobby)

Accessories:  Spellbinders Triple Floral, Spellbinders 6 x 6 Matting Basics A, Spellbinders Imperial Square, Spellbinders Corners and Accents OneRecollection Pearls, May Arts Silk Ribbon, Sewology Button

Thanks again for your kind words!   Remember I said brave?  Okay, I’ll be back tomorrow with my first ever scrapbook page :-)

A scrapbook page? – my greatest fear! Full body shudder… I think the “canvas” is just too big for my comfort level. I often have to work up to your 5 x 7 cards (but doing better). I look forward to your scrapbook page.ReplyCancel

Dear dear Becca, normally I would send the following thoughts in a personal email but since I don’t have that for you, l am posting them here and perhaps there are others who may also benefit from them. I have come to the thinking that all of us have some level of crisis, confusion, and fear designed into our lives here in this world. I believe that God or the Universe allow them to be embedded in this life so that we would have “performance” tests to see how much progress we are making on becoming our better selves. I am glad that God is still willing to be a tutor, mentor and coach when we need it to complete the test.. As hard as some of our challenges are, we are able to see just how much strength we have achieved. and it is usually much more than we thought we had. I am hoping that life exams may soon be over for you for awhile!! We all see how truly strong you are and to stay so loving and giving to all of us all the while is a real testament to your strength!ReplyCancel

  • Patsy EcclesApril 19, 2015 - 9:50 pm

Oh yeah..I forgot…you still make a mean card!! and all your projects are truly the best of the crafting world!ReplyCancel

  • ANN ROBBINSApril 19, 2015 - 9:58 pm

    Becca,
Glad I waited until I read Patsy’s remarks which are ever so true. GOD only asks us to take on challenges HE knows we can accomplish. I am so glad to hear you came out on top! If for nothing else but how happy you make so many of us, he heard all of our prayers for you.
Again this is an over the top card and am anxiously awaiting your “first” scrapbook page, I’m sure it will be fabulous like all of your work.
God Bless and Hugs to you.
