Chairs to You – Flourishes Friday

I’m back with another Flourishes Friday!  Today we are featuring a newly released Flourishes set called Chairs to You.   I decided to make mine into a Valentines Day card.   Onto a panel of K & Co. Valentine paper I mounted a Spellbinders Classic Scalloped Heart cut in white with a Spellbinders Classic Heart.   On my die cut machine I cut out the center of  both hearts at the same time.  I then watercolored the chair and mounted it onto the lower side of the heart.  A pretty pink ribbon in the center of the heart showcases the center knot on which the sentiment is tied.  Everything is mounted on a white panel; the bottom of that panel is cut out with a Martha Stewart Valentine Lace punch which is so pretty!  As a pillow for the chair, I added another scalloped heart – the smallest one – and embossed it with white embossing powder.

Be sure to check in on the Flourishes Newsletter for details on how you can win this set and all three new sets being released Friday! Don’t forget to mark your calendar for the first ever Flourishes Release Party!  It’s set for Friday night from 7pm – 9 pm Eastern time over at the Flourishes Forum on Splitcoast. That’s where we’ll reveal all the new sets and give you an opportunity for more prizes!

Be sure to see what the other ladies have done with this fabulous set – I’m sure you’ll be amazed!!
