Let Us Adore Him

I was able to play another Sketch Challenge.  This one is SCS Sketch Challenge 199 and it fit nicely for this larger image.  The set I used for the challenge is We Three Kings, one of the newly released sets from Our Daily Bread Designs   Now that I’ve made a couple of cards with the set, I’m here to tell you that this one colors up very easily.

I followed the sketch pretty closely.  Once I had all my layers in place I wrapped cording around cardstock, added the black background and tied a sheer ribbon over the treatment.  The cording is held in place by notches created with my SU mini word punch.  Lastly, I watercolored my image with Adirondack Reinkers and Tombow marker, backed with a black background then popped it up slightly over the ribbon.

Supplies:
Stamps:  Our Daily Bread Design – We Three Kings
Paper:  NRN, Flair Designs
Ink:  Versamark
Accessories:  Ribbon, cording, Spellbinders corner

Have a fabulous day and thankss for stopping by.

    Hi Becca,

I haven’t left you a post in quite a while but just wanted to let you know I still love your beautiful work. I’ve enjoyed your tutorials, too! We all have different things that speak to us and religious themes don’t speak to me in that way, but I understand and still admire your incredible talent. Keep creating!ReplyCancel
