Nature is Full of Genius and Weekly Inspiration

Card Making Ideas by Becca Feeken using Spellbinders Tallulah
Sweet friends, I’m peeking in today with a simple card.  I had a chance to play a little bit with one of the new dies in the Chantilly Paper Lace Collection.  It features a new Quietfire Design sentiment, Nature is Full of Genius, that begged for a snowflake to go along with it.  This was a sweet break for me to boil things down to simple and elegance – that’s not always my style but I was simply charmed by the simple sentiment and dies in this insance.

I made a shaped card using the Tallulah Frill die using the Hinged Technique and simply topped with a Hemstitch Rectangle panel that I stamped the sentiment on.  I also layered two petite flakes from Die D’Lite Snowflakes, for just the right touch :-)  Simple, simple, simple, the dies do all the work.

    Beautiful card Becca.
Wouldn’t it be nice to own all the dies you wanted and all the time to use them. I read once that buying dies and using them were two different hobbies and I think it may be true don’t you?
