More Impression Obsession Week Goodness

Well there is more Impression-Obsession Week goodness to share! This week, all the Designers at Stampers Dream are sharing their creations using new images from the Impression-Obsession 2009 Winter Supplement. The images are soooo cute…I’m embarrassed to tell you how many of them are on my wish list :) Today I’m keeping it simple. I’m sharing an image by Impression Obsession called Skating Stockings. They’re so fun – I colored them up with Tombow Markers and cut them out with Spellbinders Labels Eight.

I cut two Spellbinders Ovals for my Sentiment and tied on that scrumptious velvet ribbon. See, I can do a simple card that doesn’t have so much fru-fru, right!?!

Card Recipe:
Stamps: Impression-Obsession – Skating Stockings; Sentiment – Northwoods Rubber Stamps
Paper: K & Co., The Paper Company
Ink: Versafine Black Onyx and Clear Embossing Powder
Accessories: Spellbinders Labels Eight, Tombow Markers, Spellbinders Classic Ovals Large, Spellbinders Classic Ovals Small, Velvet Ribbon, pearl

This card is fun & Fabulous!! What did you use to cut the red section behind the white oval? Also you have a blue shaded background behind the stockings. How was the applied?
