Spellbinders 5th Anniversary Party

The 5th Anniversary party for Spellbinders Paper Arts is nearing its end. Spellbinders’ staff is hurrying– scurrying to get all the little details finished for the big “party” in Anaheim at the Craft and Hobby Association Trade Show. You still have until 11:59 CST, January 21, to visit Trudee Sauer’s blog, Follow Your Bliss, to enter the giveaway. Then Spellbinders will be drawing for the Grand Prize Winner, and will announce the Grand Prize winner on the Spellbinders Blog on January 31.

Today, Stacey Caron, Creative Director and Co-founder of Spellbinders Paper Arts shares a special message for you, so check it out here.

On a different note….

the events of the week call for a sympathy card for a friend.  To me they are the hardest to make because my instinct tell me they should be somewhat understated.  I kept this very simple and the newly released  Lift Our Hands set from Our Daily Bread Designs fit the bill nicely.

I took a frame made with Spellbinders Mega Curved Rectangles set and on to of it mounted Spellbinders Labels One Die turned on point and topped off with a Spellbinders Lg Scalloped Octagon.   The inside uses the a sentment in the Lift Our Hands Set that says "May you feel His hands lifting you up in prayer during this difficult time."

Card Recipe:
Stamps:  Our Daily Bread Designs
Paper:  K&Co, Bazzill, The Paper Company – Blonde Columns
Ink:  Antique Linen Distress Ink, Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink
Accessories:  Spellbinders Mega Curved Rectangles, Spellbinders Label One, Spellbinder Lg Scalloped Octagon, Crystals, Ribbon

Thanks so much for stopping by.  Bless you!!

Becca Im a great admirer of your work its so classic and beautiful, using the Spellbinder Dies seem to give it that extra lift. I also love the fact that you are not embarrised to show that you have a great faith, it just gives your work the extra edge.ReplyCancel
