Oh, how GORGEOUS!! Thank you for sharing!! I have the same question as Gigi, as I would love to try to attempt to make a similar card … Did you sponge the ink across the tree or add it inside the folder? Could you share which color ink you used for the tree? The combination you used is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! (Also, could you share where the red crystals are from?) Judy

    Hi Becca,

This is beautiful! I am curious as several of the other responders how you got the lovely color for the tree. Will you please share that information. I would also like to know what color was the paper when you started. When I think of Kraft it looks much darker. And you can add ink in the embossing folder??

    Thanks for sharing your talents!

Becca are you a mind reader? I made this the centerpiece of my Christmas card this year only I did it on vellum and reverse colored it….I love those red sparkles…where did you get them…they look triangular. That is a really cute border punch…I’ll have to look for it. Have a blessed and Happy Thanksgiving!

  44. Alicia Von 21 Nov 2008 at 2:25 pm 44

Everyday I can’t wait to check your blog for some of the most gorgeous cards I’ve ever seen. Keep up the great work. I have a question on the coloring of the Cuttlebug lace tree. What do you use to give it color. I’ve tried swiping my pad gently over the image, but it never turns out the way I’d like. What’s your secret?

Thanks and have a blessed weekend.

    Alicia
