It’s All About Today

What a glorious day!!!  I worked out in the yard, mowed the grass and breathed in spring like there was no tomorrow.   I have a post for this evening and the sentiment that I used on my card is no small coincidence.    This is a stamp that I don’t store with the others….since purchasing it several years ago, it sits permanently on my desk to remind me that it really is all about today!

The flowers are by Magenta – so, so cute and quick to color up.  The ribbon treatment was something I had written down in my sketch book and I was tickled to put it to use.  I used Copics on the flowers and since I don’t have the a really light blue copic, I used a blue prismacolor pencil with OMS around each flower.

Supplies:
Stamps:  Magenta – Flowers; Hero Arts – Sentiment
Paper:  Making Memories – All Girl; Bazzill
Ink:  Black Brilliance: Colorbox Chalk – Warm Red
Accessories:  Tonic Punch; White Satin Ribbon; Paper Studio Button; Copic Markers; Prismacolor and OMS

Don’t laugh but I think I figured out something I didn’t know how to do on this blog.  If I’ve done it correctly, clicking on my picture should bring up a larger picture.  I have so much yet to learn!!!  Thanks for bearing with me.
