Faithfulness, Mercy & Love

Hi there, popping in again to share a card.  We’re back to the doctor again tomorrow and hopefully more information – waiting is horrible.  At any rate, I put together a card today sharing a new set from Our Daily Bread Designs called Randi’s Song.  It features both the sentiment I used and the text background I stamped on the half circle.

Simple is the name of the game for me right now.  I again raided my scrap bin – it contains combinations I’ve used before so not much time has to be spent combing through papers.  I used Spellbinders Grand Circles and Grand Squares to construct the card.  The cut out is made with Spellbinders Labels Fourteen.  As an embellishment, I used Fanciful Holiday on the bottom corners.

Card Recipe:
Stamps:  Our Daily Bread Designs – Randi’s Song
Paper:  Bazzill, K & Co.
Ink:  Versafine – Vintage Sepia, Green dye based ink
Accessories:  Spellbinders Grand Circles, Spellbinders Grand Squares, Spellbinders Fanciful Holiday, Spellbinders Labels Fourteen, Ribbon, Pearls

Thank you friends!

From experience, I know how horrible waiting can be. It is the worse. Horrible things go through your mind, and you cannot stop them. At least knowing, you have a plan of action. I continue to pray for the two of you. I hope you feel the good thoughts.ReplyCancel

Bless you for sharing your remarkable gift with us.

God is faithful and so often He walks with us through our trials and seldom around or over them. Waiting is difficult – but remember you are never alone. God is closer than the breath you breathe.ReplyCancel

    Awesome card.
Wish I could be there to help you thru this time of trials. Know that you are in my prayers. A friend of mine recently wrote on her FB that a friend had died of natural causes in his dental office. Floored me. Her comment was that after hearing that, her troubles seemed small. I know his health is a tough trial but…….. He is with you! Blessings for your day.ReplyCancel

    Becca,
I know what those waits are like, just waiting on pins and needles for what they will walk through the door and tell you.,and knowing at the same time, what they tell you can change everything from one direction to a completely different one. You both are in my prayers.ReplyCancel

I have found that coping with the known rather than the unknown is always easier, so whatever news you get you will cope with it. I hope it is good news.

The job of caregiver to a loved one has to be the most challenging and rewarding position on earth. It’s also the most demanding. I’ve been there too and would not have changed one minute.

During this scary time, it is inspiring that you can still create beauty; that you can still enchant us with your heart-warming blogs. I am in awe.

Wishing you whatever it is that you need to continue in your many roles. You are a wonder to all of us. You give so much to so many.ReplyCancel
