Warmest Wishes

Hi there blog friends.  What a week it has been!!  My highlight has been some of the little items I’m making in the background that you’ll get to see in July, and of course the frame pincushion.  I’ve got my ears wide open to hear if anyone has found the frames and if anyone has tried to make one!!  That brings me to my card today . . .did I mention that JustRite Stampers is releasing new stamps all week?  Well, they are!!  There’s something for everyone in this release but it wouldn’t quite be complete without some new Christmas stamps for us to play with :-). I’m still tinkering with Clean and Simple (for me) and today I even pulled out the Copic markers!!

The stamp set is one illustrated by Diane Arthurs and is called Warmest Wishes.  I layered up a hand cut pennant with Spellbinders Lacey Ovals, Spellbinders Standard Ovals and Spellbinders Grand Labels Four.  I went with some fun but unconventional Christmas colors.

SUPPLIES I USED
Stamps: JustRite Stampers – Warmest Wishes
Paper: My Minds Eye, The Paper Company
Ink: Colorbox Chalk – Dark Red
Accessories:
Spellbinders Lacey Ovals, Spellbinders Standard Ovals LG, Spellbinders Grand Labeels Four, Seambinding, Zva Creative Pearls, Copic Markers

Here are the other Design Team members who are showing new JustRite Stamps today also:

I was in Michaels yesterday and did a store wide search for the frames. Unfortunately I had no luck in finding them.ReplyCancel

I tripped right off to my Michael’s store, but was greatly disappointed. No frames, and no copic markers! I’ve been in many Michael’s store, and I’m sorry to say the one where I live in Johnson City, TN, is by far the worst! It’s in a constant state of total disorganization, and the employees are not the friendliest either! So sad, because I love the other Michael’s stores. I wish you could order from their website!ReplyCancel

Didn’t see the frames at my Michael’s in the dollar bin. Next week after the holiday celebrations are over, I’m going to look again. I want to make a pin cushion too.
