We Walk by Faith – Divine Design

This is my August entry for the Divine Design Challenge which is a Bible Verse Challenge where many stampers have made a commitment to offer a card on the 8th of each month that includes scripture holding special meaning to them.  You can read more about the challenge on Lori Craig’s blog  here.  Like me, anyone can participate, and the cards are also being posted on Splitcoaststampers under the keyword BVC08.

I’m working on lots of stuff, so this post will be brief.  Don’t forget to leave a comment for my 100,000K Blog Candy here to be given out on Wednesday, August 13th.

Stamps:  Stampabilities – Scripture, Flourish, Paper Inspirations – Lace
Paper:  K & Co. Blue Awning, Bazzill, The Paper Company – Cottonwood

The distress ink is perfect on this. I don’t even own any – I need to get some and start practicing.

Hmm, you might be more of an enabler than I realized…what with all the nesties, embossing folders, and inks… You always present my new shopping list. Don’t tell Mike! :) (Especially since I’m going to place my new SU! order on Monday!!!)ReplyCancel

Yet another breathtaking card – I love it. It is so elegant and you make distress ink look so beautiful and effortless. Distress ink and I do not get along very well as I can never get the look I want with it. Also, where do you find all the bible verse *& Christian stamps you use? I’ve been looking for them but have not found the pretty ones I’d want to use. And all of yours are pretty! :)ReplyCancel

AWESOME! As usual. I just got back from 6 days at Glacier Nat’l Park and am taking some time to check out some blogs. Yours is in the top 5 of 70 Google Reader tracks for me. Every single card posted in the past week is just beautiful. I really like the Stamps Happen D. Morgan card where you made a window for viewing the sea. Your art is so CASEable I hope you don’t mind your ideas being “borrowed!” And thanks for the Fiskars info. I love the punches but sure wish they were a little sturdier. Same for Martha Stewart’s.ReplyCancel
