. . . to 2010!! Can you believe that another year has come and gone? If you’ve been with me a while, this time last year I was in San Antonio with John in the hospital hoping to get home. We missed Christmas with our family and our kids held down the fort while we were gone. The months have flown by as if I were holding my breath. Well, at least at the end of the year you can look back over the memories. Last year I pulled together all my favorite cards from the year for a quick tour, I’d like to do that again. So back down memory lane for 2010. . .

When you picked your title for your blog it couldn’t have been more fitting…..you have an amazing talent and I think you are and amazing lady too! I have a 40 yr old Special Needs daughter and sometimes feel quite ashamed the way I have my little moans about her and yet you never once complained about looking after your dear John. You have no idea how much your walk has affected so many. It should be a busy one for me….my daughter, the first born, just got engaged! I am happy and sad all at the same time! It is hard to let go…I know! I let her “go” to college in 2005, then right to a job in another state in 2008, now a fiance and I am sure soon to be marriage some time in 2011.

All of your “memory projects” are just beautiful. You have inspired me to get outside of the box and try some of your projects. Can you tell me if I can get a copy of the instructions for the ornament at the end of your post. It is green and cream with charms. That is beautiful. I still need to get a couple of Christmas presents completed for our late Christmas friends. I would love to give them an ornament. It is absolutely beautiful. As we look back on the past year – 2010 – there are a lot of memories. Some to be thankful for and some to be sad about. But I like to review the year and remember all of the memories and to reflect on the year and the lessons learned and how we can improve and adjust for the new year.

I just want to tell you that you almost made my heart stop!……..when my computer opened up and I saw you saying “Goodbye”.!!!
Then I saw on the second lline……”to 2010″. For that split second my mind went frantic thinking…..you need our love and support right now and WE need YOU without a doubt!
Ok, heart is beating normal again………and on we go. You are such a wonderful gift to all of us in sharing the God given talent you have been given. Christmas gift giving doesn’t end for all of us on Dec. 25th……….no, we all receive little presents of creativity from you all year long!
