Oriental Flair

Hi there.  All weekend it’s been that kind of rainy weather that makes you want to curl up with coffee and good book. Hopefully this means that the cooler weather is on the way.  I don’t know about you but I’m ready for the next season!!  I like days like this but really had to fight that temptation to lounge and instead try to get a couple of things done.   I had this card in the works so I sat down and finished by coloring up this #290 Chinese Tilda available at Magnolia-licious, how cute is she?  She is from the Bon Voyage Collection that includes several different international Tilda’s – all as cute as this one.

I colored this sweet little Tilda with Copics and cut her out with Spellbinders Labels Fourteen.  I popped her up on a layer of Spellbinders Lacey Circles and Labels Eight.  A bow, flower and brad finish things up.  For a sentiment I applied a rub on to a punched scrap and hung it from the brad.

Card Recipe:
Stamps:  Magnolia-licious – #290 Chinese Tilda
Paper:  Memory Box, Bazzill, The Paper Company
Ink:  Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories:  Spellbinders Labels Fourteen, Spellbinders Labels Eight, Spellbinders Lacey Circles, May Arts Ribbon, Prima Flower, K&Co Brad, Pearls, Lasting Impression Rub On Sentiments

Thanks for stopping by!!

This Oriental Flair is just fabulous. I have seen this Tilda on another blog and think she is such a thoughtful way to say those sometimes do not want to say things. Becca this just may have to be the next Tilda I pick up…mine won’t look quite as nice as yours, but the thought will be there! Great card dar;ing!ReplyCancel
