Nothing Will Be Impossible

Good Friday morning blog friends!  It’s been a busy week, I’ve been taking a class and it feels great blowing out the cobwebs up there in the old brain.  I’ve found myself very hungry to learn some of the things I have sitting here, but haven’t had the time or inclination to tackle.  I knew I would get around to it sooner or later.  In the meantime I do have a card to share today.  It was made using one of the September releases from Our Daily Bread Designs called Seed Packet.

I settled on using some My Minds Eye Paper – Lost and Found 2 – so beautiful and they all match!  I folded Spellbinders™ Labels Twenty across the top of my main panel like a valance then tied a bow across.  I stamped my sentiment on Spellbinders™ Labels Seventeen and framed it using Spellbinders™ Fancy Tags Two so that I could hang it from my bow, like a tag.  With a fine point Sharpie, I marked around the inside of Labels Seventeen, just to give the tag a border and some visual interest.  Lastly, inside the the frame on the design paper, I mounted a filigree trinket with Bazzill button and threaded my pearl pick through existing holes.

SUPPLIES I USED
Stamps: Our Daily Bread DesignsSeed Packet
Paper: My Minds Eye – Lost and Found 2 – Breeze
Ink: Memento – Cocoa
Accessories: Spellbinders™ Labels Twenty, Spellbinders™ Fancy Tags Two, Spellbinders™ Labels Seventeen.  Bazzill Button, Pearls, Seam Binding, Satin Ribbon, Pearl Pick, Filigree, Recollections Flowers

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you’re making plans for a fabulous weekend.  I’ll see you soon!!

This is a classic, Becca. Where do I start… First the colours you picked are perfect, the ribbon treatment and baby flowers are a joy and because of you, I’ve developed a penchant for decorative pins. Of course you are always about a mile ahead of me when it comes to displaying them. This card I think might be in my top ten favourites of yours. It’s a winner for sure.

Hope you continue to enjoy your course. Best of luck to you. Be well. Be happy.ReplyCancel
