New Poll Up

Okay, so I’m totally intrigued with the poll thing.  It was torture waiting all week to put up a new one, LOL!!  I’m finding the program that I’m using has some glitches or I’m not quite used to it, so I’m flying by the seat of my pants on this one.   I’m sending out a notice because unless you look closely, you probably wouldn’t know that a new poll is up.  Come on by and add your vote. Don’t forget, if there is a poll you’d like to see about crafting, (and it doesn’t necessarily have to be about Amazing Paper Grace) email me — I received some really fab suggestions this week and am adding them to my list).

I’ll be back with a card in the morning :-)

I love everything you do, however I love your classy and elegant style. There was no place to vote for the unique way you use dies, ribbon, and other tools or supplies .ReplyCancel

  • Sheila - UKMarch 14, 2011 - 3:54 am

Hi Becca as Barbara Jay said I also adore everything you do from your amzing works of art right down to your new polls…. but I just love elegant and classy which is what I think about all your beautiful designs anyway. Have voted.
Hope you had a lovely weekend.

Maybe a poll on the types of Dies people find they use most- not necessarilly brands but shapes and if they have any shapes they would like to see in Dies.ReplyCancel

Not a factor I consider when I visit this site, so that is how I voted. Becca, you are the reason I visit every day, don’t always leave a comment, but am blown away by your amazing talent and feel blessed to have found Amazing Paper Grace.ReplyCancel

I’m drawn to ALL your cards and drink each one in fully, but for replication, it needs to be CAS for me. I’ll be trying to move out of the box more and try some of your layers and bows.ReplyCancel

I so enjoy seeing the papercrafting projects that you share. I keep on trying new techniques similar to what you share but I sure wish I had more than 3 Spellbinder sets.I”m saving those pennies to add to my small collection.ReplyCancel

  • BarbMarch 14, 2011 - 6:01 am

I had to vote “not a factor I consider”. Everything you do is beautiful! You are truly gifted with amazing talent Becca! I don’t get by to visit very often anymore, but I still pop in when I can :). I have never, ever been disappointed when I come to visit! Just do what you do Becca :D. Blessings to you!

Wow hard to say as this is my very favorite blog and love everything about it ! Maybe a poll about how stampers feel about sharing printable verses original or otherwise ?ReplyCancel

  • Christy HawkinsMarch 14, 2011 - 6:18 am

Ditto, ditto…everyone loves everything you do! I like that you are a real stamper…not a lot of computer generated stuff or stickers, etc. I love to use my stamps in artistic ways, and you are wonderful to COPY!! I especially love the way you make the sentiment the focal point of a card. The Becca Bits are, like you, amazing! I headed out to Hobby Lobby to get one of those quilling tools so I can make those little flowers with the Spellbinders. My only problem is that no matter how many times I try to imitate your bow method, mine still don’t look like yours! That’s okay. I did like your tricky little tool with the dowels. Excellent idea for the less digitally gifted.
Thanks for making my day more fun every time I see the “Feedblitz” in my mail box!ReplyCancel

Hi Becca, I love the use of polls and am really looking forward to them. How about a poll where you give us some of your clever (& I know you have a ton) ways to save money & still create a beautiful card, 3D, other craft item. Sometimes it can be a shock when one realizes how much money it can cost for our craft. Besides coupon’s what are your best tricks & clever secrets. I am new to your site Becca, but love everything you send. I love your style, class, giving character, & your God given talents. You are a child of God, and it shows in all you do. JoReplyCancel

I really like everything you do. Actually, I had three choices this week, pretty much equal, so that brought it back to “not a factor”. Mixing it up would be nice. Keeps things interesting.ReplyCancel

  • Francie (Montreal)March 14, 2011 - 8:32 am

Answering this poll was difficult. I ticked off “Classic and Elegant”, but I would have selected “All of the above” if that were a choice. Every card you make has a new fresh dimension and I learn and love them all! Please just keep doing what you do. It’s so appreciated.ReplyCancel

    Good morning Ms. Feeken,
I am a great fan of yours and check out your blog regularly. I voted today but I wish I could have picked out more than one option. I went with the ‘Holtzy’ but also wanted to add the CAS and the Classy. Thank you for all the inspiration you provide. When I grow up, I want to be just like you! teehee. If you are adding on to your poll, how about inquiring about favorite ‘go to toys’?

I love all your cards! Since I am always trying new and different things, the style of the card is not important to me. Since I try to match the style of the card to the person receiving it, I think it is important to learn all the styles! Thank you so much for always sharing your wonderful cards with us. You are truly an inspiration!ReplyCancel

I, like many others, love everything you do. I get stumped for appropriate words on many cards and I’d love to know how others get there ‘inside words’ except by buying a ton of stamps. Your Christian spirit is a blessing!ReplyCancel

    Becca,
I love all styles of cards therefore I voted for not a factor. I like to try different styles and challenge myself as a work in the studio. Therefore, I like seeing all styles of cards when I am looking at your blog.ReplyCancel

  • Linda MayMarch 14, 2011 - 12:37 pm

Your blog is a treasure trove to cardmakers everywhere. Thanks for the wonderful ideas and for your willingness to make your blog more interactive! I love to see how others feel about various aspects of this hobby through your polls and the 31 days listings, too! My hubby made me a Peg Bow Maker, and it is fantastic. Before this, I rarely used bows on my cards because my fingers didn’t cooperate. Thanks so very much.ReplyCancel

  • EdnaMarch 14, 2011 - 12:50 pm

I like all the things you make. Especially loved the bow maker pattern and directions on how to use it. My son made one for me and one for my friend and we watched your video several times and have it all figured out and love the way it works. Thanks for sharing. Keep up your wonderful cards and ideas. Would like to see more videos. EdnaReplyCancel

Your creativity and the way you break down each card or project is what I am drawn too. I do however, like CAS and elegant. You make things very easy to replicate with your instructions or at least come close to me making one similar. I know it is time consuming for you to post directions and supplies used, so thank you.ReplyCancel

Hello Becca, I checked Classic and Elegant because you are such a classic and elegant person, which shows in your elegant cards, but I come to your site everyday for inspiritation and you have never let me down. Your imagination goes above and beyond. You are a very caring person, seemingly always giving to others so they can enjoy your gift of creation. I am so thankful that you share your talents with fellow crafters and continue to inspire others every day.

I chose Classic and Elegant because…. it would not let me check them all. For me, going to my email and finding I have a new email from you, it just makes my day. Your talent, is without a doubt, the best I have ever seen. Your entire site is great just to explore and read all your tidbits of information. You descriptions and directions are easily understood. I’d like to know see a poll on how people store rubberstamps that are still on wood blocks…I know a lot of people have converted theirs to not be that way anymore…but for those of us who have NOT made the switch…face up? or face down? or stand up on wooden edge? in plastic box? on a shelf? or what?…also, how long to you hold on to a stamp? eventually they do wear out…right? or the rubber goes bad? been stamping for years off and on…but a lot in the past year or so…Thanks so much for all of your ideas and tutorials…ReplyCancel

  • Kelli bMarch 16, 2011 - 12:40 pm

Hi Becca- I can’t see your poll, but I’d also like to know how people store their wooden block stamps. Thank you for your endless creativity and projects, you are such an inspiration.ReplyCancel
