Like a Warm Quilt

Hi there blog friends, I’m peeking in for a quick moment to share a card I started last night but didn’t manage to get finished until today.  This is one my favorite new sentiments and one that I will pick up time and time again for a friend card.  I’ve just been in card heaven with all the sewing stamps that were released by Our Daily Bread Designs this month, this one is from the set Sewn with Love.

Although a simple offering for the day, this one will get pulled out of my stash soon for a friend.   Lace and seam binding finish things off – of course, lol!

SUPPLIES I USED
Stamps: Our Daily Bread Designs – Sewn with Love
Paper: Jen Allyson – Notions Orange, Jen Allyson – Nostalgia, Neenah Solar Crest Cream Smooth, Bazzill
Ink: Colorbox Chalk Ink – Chocolate Roan
Accessories: Seam binding, Pearl Pick, Prima Lace, Pearls, Spellbinders™ Fancy Tags Two

Smooches!  I’ll be back tomorrow with a card!!

I can see why you would use the sentiment time and time again, it’s a lovely sentiment, it pulls at your heartstrings. Your card is very pretty in pink. I love the stick-pin used on the flower and bow which in my minds eye is always a very nice touch. As always Becca, TFS!!! :-DReplyCancel

Hi Becca. Beautiful card. I haven’t left a comment in quite a while but thought I’d try it again and see if your blog will hold my name and email addy like all the other blogs do. Guess it sounds lazy, but having to put the info in every time I’d like to leave a comment was really a pain, so I took a break from commenting for a while. So, we’ll see how it goes this time.ReplyCancel
