Indescribable Gift

Just a quick card to share with you using one of my very favorite color schemes – creme and gold.  I’m using one of the sentiments from the December release at Our Daily Bread Designs called His Gift

To set off the sentiment I used Spellbinders Floral Accent and Spellbinders Flourish Accent.  I simply trimmed my paper to fit the curve of the die template.  I think it makes an elegant edging.

Card Recipe:
Stamps.  Our Daily Bread Designs – HIs Gift
Paper:  Gartner Treasure Collection, Garnet Treasure – Shimmer
Ink:  Versafine Black Onyx
Accessories:  Spellbinders Floral Accent. Spellbinders Flourish Accent, Ribbon, Pearls

Here’s hoping you are ready for Christmas!!  Have a lovely time making your final preparations and I hope those who are traveling make it home to loved ones safely.

Good evening, Becca- this is such a beautiful card using one of my favourite Bible texts which I frequently use on the inserts of mt Christmas cards. After seeing your beautiful card I will, however, rethink it’s use as the focal point on the front of the card. May I wish you and your family a wonderful Christmas and re-iterate the sentiments of the others- thank you so much for your wonderful inspiration throughout the year. Looking forward to seeing what you have in store for us in 2010.ReplyCancel

Beautiful! Thanks for sharing how you use the spellbinders so creatively! It inspires me to look at them in new ways (and buy) esp. those that I didn’t know what to do with previously.
