I Love You

Hi there blog friends!! Don’t forget to scroll down to the post below this one and leave a comment for that fabulous Scor-Buddy offered by Scor-Pal!!  I wish you all could win one, it’s just that good of a tool!!  Now, on to today . . . I had this K and Company paper that really almost seems to support the card all by itself – just a quick stamp, a couple of layers a few embellies and I’m done!!  This one goes into my stash for either a friend of one of my girls.  It’s so simple but the beauty of the sentiment is the focal piece for the card.  This is a tried and true (and very clever) Quietfire Designs sentiment called I Love You Alphabet.

I created a medallion using Spellbinders Lacey Circles, followed by Spellbinders Blossom, followed by Spellbinders Standard Circles Large.  All the edges are distress with Antique Linen Distress Ink, then I tied on a silk bow (made with Peg  Bow Maker).  Sweet and easy!!  I’m working on more tutorials in the background, so back to work for me!!

SUPPLIES I USED
Stamps:  Quietfire Design – I Love You Alphabet
Paper: K and Company, The Paper Company
Ink: Colorbox Pigment – Shabby Pink
Accessories:
Spellbinders Lacey Circles Spellbinders Blossom, Spellbinders Standard Circles Large, Ribbon, Pearls

Thanks so much for stopping by!!  It’s all about today!!

Oh Becca, what a lovely card! Again! I must compliment too, your wonderful photography! My favorite tools are probably my spellbinders dies. Of course I’d hate to be without any of my other tools relating to paper crafting. You know, good rubber stamps, inks, markers, ribbons, papers, etc. They are all such fun, and make my work look good. I’ve not tried the Score-Pal, but I would really like to have one. It looks like it would be awesome. Thanks for sharing. Hugs and blessings!ReplyCancel

Beautiful card! Love the sentiment – different, but very appealing. I’ve been using punches lately to make my own flowers. Love to make them! I have some Spellbinders dies too, but my end results never look as nice as yours. You are my inspiration – thank you for sharing your talents (and know-how) with us less endowed gals!!ReplyCancel

Ok, the next tool that I can’t live without is my Exacto knife, although with SB’s that is getting to almost be optional anymore as well. But I do a lot of fussy cutting with my Eknife as I find they are so much more precise than scissors and easier to use.ReplyCancel
