I Believe in Angels

Brrrr there!  Am I the only one who can’t seem to get up off the sofa to do chores because I’m so c-c-cold?  There, I’m blowing the scent of my hot chocolate in your general direction ;-)  I’m sharing a simple watercolored card today that I pulled from my ready to share stash.  I simply cut and colored several layers of this sweet angel with my Tombow markers.  I layered her on a combination of Spellbinders™ Long Classic Rectangles LG and Spellbinders™ Long Classic Scalloped Rectangles LG

I hung a little gold ring to symbolize her halo!  No bow, but a knot with wide ribbon to finish things off!  My sentiment is matted by a layer cut using Fiskars Apron Lace Border Punch.

Card Recipe:
Stamps:  Stampendous, Inkadinkado
Paper:  Coredinations, GP White, 140lb Strathmore Watercolor Paper, K & Co.
Ink:  Black Brilliance, Colorbox Merlot
Accessories:  Spellbinders™ Long Classic Rectangles LG, Spellbinders™ Long Classic Scalloped Rectangles LG, Fiskars Apron Lace Punch, Satin Ribbon, Tombow Markers

Okay, I’m going back to get under the sweet quilt my darling sister-in-law made me and hubby for Christmas.  I hope my post finds you snuggling and cozy with your loved ones.

Forgive my lack of feedback for so long. I am like a bear hibernating. I look at your blogfeed every day and as always am in awe of your talent.
I feel I have to add a comment today as the card is so beautiful.
I adore your ribbon and to tie a knot instead of a bow is wonderfully brave and so gorgeous. The stamp is adorable and your use of Nesties as inspiring as ever.
Happy New Year to you and may your Blessings be many.
