Thank you! Your Questions Answered.

Thank you so much for all who left kind words about my post yesterday, what a pleasant surprise!!  I guess the chair wasn’t nearly as odd as I thought!   The post raised several questions and rather than answer them individually I wanted to add it here.

Is the chair for sale?
Unfortunately I don’t have the chair – it was sent to Anaheim and no longer belongs to me.

Where do you get chairs like that?
I haven’t seen chairs like this for a while but then again I haven’t been looking.  The chair used in the post I’d had for many years.  It seems to me that I picked that one up at Hobby Lobby or Big Lots.  I’ve also seen such finished chairs at TJ Maxx.

What paper did you use?
I used an older K&Co Paper.  When I get the name, I’ll add it here

What Spellbinders did you use?
I used two of the new Spellbinders – LG Octagons, SKU #S4-185 and LG Scalloped Octagons, SKU #S4-187.   I was fortunate enough to be able to introduce those two new shapes last month here.

Is a Tutorial coming?
I did take step by step photos of the making of the chair.  I’ll be happy to show them in the future, so stay tuned!

I’m working on some things behind the scenes and I’ll be back to share a new card soon!

As long as it has your name on it, (and it must as I knew it was yours) Spellbinders should eventually return it to you. Should :-)ReplyCancel

I’ve seen those chairs at AC Moore and Micheal’s but not for a while. That was a wonderful idea and I’m looking forward to your step by step photos in the future.ReplyCancel

It is a beautiful piece – can’t wait to see your step by step.

I just ordered a doll house chair, only 3.5 inchies but I can at least have a little try at interpreting your inspirational piece.

    THANK YOU for sharing!

This is the most beautiful card I have seen in ages. I am wondering if you would be willing to sell it. I would love to have it framed and put it in my grandkids sleep over bedroom here at grandma’s house. Thanks for so much inspiration.ReplyCancel
